Aging can be Hazed!
Today I read a post stating that children exposed to and tending vegetable gardens were not nearly as likely to become obese as those who don’t.
Can fresh home grown vegetables have any downside to health? With all the built in antioxidants, complex carbohydrates, fiber and some protein it is obvious that fresh vegetables should be the food of choice for all meals.
I go into some detail about this in my book Hazing Aging. making fresh vegetables the number one priority to all meals gives you a leg up in fighting off chronic diseases by giving capillary cells what they need to establish control of permeability to their outer membranes which then supports end organ benefits.
Hope to see you in your garden.
